Has new brakes (front and rear), new tires (front and rear), new differential, new clutch, new shift knob, new battery, new spare keys, new sway-bar linkage. The engine has been degreased and has no leaks. Fresh oil, filter, and other fluids. It is hard wired for a radar-detector.
