A 1964 Suzuki K11 80cc restored, matching numbers, I purchased in pieces last year and restored it. Not a 100pt show bike but a nice and sensible restoration. Bike was completely stripped and rebuilt. It has new chrome plating and new chrome parts. Tank side panels and muffler and header pipe are original chrome and is in fair condition. The muffler heat shield is rechromed. New chrome front fender, handlebars and rims. Spokes, nuts, bolts and other parts were zinc plated. Frame and other parts were powder coated; tank, side panels and headlight were painted. Gas tank interior is very good. New Michelin tires, new battery, seat is in very good condition with no rips or tears. The side panel badges are new, and hard to find and expensive. Only parts missing are the carb side covers but then not sure this model had them. Engine runs well and rides as it should. Engine was rebored with new piston and rings, new cables, fork seals etc. Bike is as just completed and run on local street only to check if all works. Cant guarantee mileage on odometer but it came with the bike.Sealed the exhaust leak which shows in the pics as oil on header and crankcase, header nut needed tightening. Bike comes with a bill of sale only as it has not been registered for many years. Motivated to sell as next project awaits cash infusion. Made a big loss on this but usually do if I restore anything.
