Up for sale is a 1997 Land Rover Defender 90 w/ automatic transmission. This vehicle is in good running condition with less than 100 miles on a remanufactured Land Rover 4.0 Short Block GEMS engine. New equipment includes: alternator, battery, A/C compressor, heater core, water pump and head gaskets. Despite new alternator and battery, vehicle still needs a jump start after sitting a few days, maybe a wiring issue. Cylinder heads and transmission rebuilt. Overall, the body is in good shape, but has a few dings and little rust. There is water intrusion above the drivers side door when it rains hard (looks like door needs to be adjusted). A little TLC and this vehicle will turn heads more than ever!
