Family SUV, but kids are now older and they are driving themselves, or using Uber. I will miss it. It has been well cared for. Overall the Jimmy is in good shape and running well. Gets about 12.5 mpg city, 16.5 mpg highway. A/C ice cold. Paint is in good shape. No accidents or body work over its life. Minor body damage includes a dimple on the passenger door (see photo) and the drivers rear quarter was keyed last year (see photo). I did touch it up … you can probably do better. Interior is clean. Non-smokers and we rarely allow food in the truck. All gauges are working. Modifications include: K&N CAI; U-Haul travel hitch; Sylvania SilverStar Ultra headlamps; custom Lloyd mats. Noteworthy maintenance includes: tires 4yrs old with 24k miles; front brakes 20k miles; rear brakes 12k miles; battery 1.75 years old with 11k miles; serpentine belt, tensioner, and pulley replaced 1.5 yrs ago with 9k miles. At 17 yrs and 115k, old bones do creak at times. Also, time for the rear differential to be drained and cover gasket replaced. Currently minor drip when parked overnight.
