Vehicle Detail
For the true Honda Fanatic, it doesn't get any more JDM than this. I love this little bike. I searched for 4 years to find it, finally finding a person in Tokyo that was willing to go through all the paperwork of export and escrow service with the currency exchange and shipping. I had almost $8000 invested before I finally got it. My wife was upset to say the least, but after spending over 10 years on our living room mantle and receiving all the praise it has, she has come to love it as much as me. It's in excellent condition, very few blemishes. I take it outside every spring, change the crankcase oil and put gas and oil in it and ride it a few minutes a couple times a summer. In October, I fog the engine, drain the fuel and put it back on the wall. I've always said I was going to buy a Honda City Turbo 2 so I had a proper place to store it but with them going for as much as 30k and my interests having swayed, I don't think I'll realize that dream. I will always love Honda, and if a product I own is available with a Honda Label that's what it is, from our weed eater to our minivan and everything in between. I'm selling this little guy because since a pretty horrendous accident on my RC51 I've concentrated on a little safer passion, aviation, which my wife actually loves as much as I do. I'm selling our Cessnas and a few other toys to get a down payment together for a Mooney Ovation. Yes, Honda also makes an airplane, but 4mil for the Honda Jet is a little out of our reach. Anyway, back to the MotoC, it's never been titled. I don't know if we even can in the states unless your DMV is cool with Japanese Vins. I'm sure you can with proper inspections and what not. Please, if you're interested in it and you have the passion as well, don't insult a fellow connoisseur with ridiculous offers. If I sell it fine, I deal with the loss. If not, I'll never have to regret it. The last one that sold on here was in good shape but oddly missing parts, namely the rubber full length side moldings, and it went for $6000. We will ship internationally and make sure any necessary paperwork is in place. Free shipping in the lower 48. Buyer pays shipping outside of the continental US.
