Vehicle Detail

Let's start off with this. This is my personal car. I absolutely love it. And when it sells, you will more than likely see a grown man cry. It is a very highly sought after color combination of Grigio Alloy (which is a silvery blue) over a tan interior. The car is absolutely beautiful. Every time I drive it I get compliments on the beautiful color. SO...why am I selling? My wife and I have 3 kids whom we home school, and are getting ready to set out on an adventure around the US in an RV. We put our house on the market in order to do this. So, once the house sells, that leaves us with 3 choices if we don't sell it. 1. Buy a trailer and another vehicle to take the Ferrari with us. 2. Rent a house with a garage locally just to store the car for the year or 2 we are travelling. 3. Store the car at someone else's place or storage facility. None of those are feasible. We did a several month travelling stint in 2015 and I spent the whole time worried about the house and the car. This time, I'd rather sell, buy a Jeep that we can all fit into, and enjoy our travels without worrying. Plus the cash SURE would help with our plans! I HATE to see this car go as it was my dream car and we have made SO many memories with it, but I know it is in our best interest. And perhaps we will get another when life settles back down. :) NOTE: I am still driving this baby, so mileage may differ slightly and can be updated and confirmed. SO let's get to all the nitty gritty. I will be as clear and descriptive as I can so the buyer knows what they are getting. The Good: The color combo is absolutely gorgeous and very rare. Most Grigio Alloy cars have black or blue interior. The ice blue over tan interior really stands out. I bought the car from Ferrari of Scottsdale in 2012 with 14K miles on it. It had a new clutch, and new release bearing at this time. SO there are only about 8.5K miles on the new clutch. Car has been maintained at Smith Motorworks in Panama City Beach, FL since I bought it. The owner has been working on Ferraris for 30 years and is a Ferrari 360 owner himself and knows the ins and outs of these cars. It just had the 30K mile service, rear main seal, and alarm module done a few months ago. (changed fluids, change timing belts, bearings, cam seals, rear main seal, water pump, etc.) And 2 months ago I noticed a fuel pump leak so we changed that with a used fuel pump from a car with 12K miles(if I remember the miles correctly). There are several aftermarket things on this car that really also make it stand out. First, it has chrome Vellano wheels on it. 20" in the rear and 19" in the front. Another great addition is the carbon fiber paddle shifters. It also has an aftermarket exhaust by Mille Miglia that sounds PHENOMENAL! I absolutely love this sound and will try to get a video loaded. It also has a satellite radio that quite honestly, I have never hooked up and don't even know if it works. It also comes with all tools, manual, etc...and the fitted Ferrari 360 car cover, original key, and 2 key fobs. If Buy It Now is used I will also include the rare enzo style key in the photo. Been driven in rain only a couple times...and only briefly and cleaned directly afterwards. Once was my high school reunion. But I HAD to drive it to that. I mean who WOULDN'T drive a Ferrari to their reunion. The "bad": And really....these aren't really that bad, I just want to be as transparent as possible. As one would expect, there some some small rock chips here and there on the front bumper and hood, and a small one back by the convertible top. These can be expected on pretty much any 360. There is also a scrape on the left side of the rear bumper. I will try to get a photo but it may not show up. Looks like something brushed up against it at some point. The driver's side door does not lock from the INSIDE of the car as the tensioner is broken. The door locks fine with the keyfob. That never bothered me as I never once have wanted to lock the doors while inside. haha. The button for the AC doesn't want to stay down to turn off. Never bothered me as I just turn the fan dial off and it has the exact same effect of turning off the AC. Lastly, the leather dash started bubbling up last year and will need to be restretched. I downloaded the manual on how to remove, I just have not had the time to do it. There is a very small mark in the driver's seat where it looks like someone dropped an ash on the seat. I am sure easily fixed by a leather repair shop, I just never did it. There are a few very small peely/bubble spots in the chrome wheels. There is a metallic buzz in the exhaust at exactly 3100 RPM. Never taken a good look into what is rubbing with that exhaust note. Lastly, as with almost every other 360 out there the fenders have been rubbed by the wheels and really should be professionally rolled at some point, and the right side front has a very very small crack in the metal. SO there ya have it. My dream car. My baby. Hoping to sell to someone that will cherish it as much as my family has.
