This is an.... "AS IS" AUCTION with NO WARRANTY Purchased car last summer from Axis Auto Group in New Jersey with 114,172 miles on it. Drove it sparingly and has been sitting in driveway for 6 months without starting it because we took it off registration and insurance (it has new battery we bought as you will see below and started just fine) . When you drive over 45 mph the safe mode kicks in between 4th and 5th gear, instead of bringing it in this was our last straw and we decided to take it off registration. Car started fine when we used it, and I put 115,172 in description even though we didn't put 1,000 miles on it as I was being super conservative since we can't get the exact reading right now. We took it off and unregistered it in January because we spent almost $9000 for purchase price, new parts, repair and labor. Now we are selling it "AS IS" with "NO WARRANTY".
