Up for a NO-RESERVE auction is this 1973 Datsun 240z. This is a great candidate for restoration or V8 swap. The original motor and transmission have been removed and are NOT included with the sale. The engine bay is very clean. The body is straight with the exception of a few small dings here and there. The front passenger floorboard is rusted through in several places and the drivers floorboard has heavy surface rust but no holes. The only rust areas outside on the body are around the rear passenger side wheel well. both rocker panels are solid with no rust and there is no rust above the tail lights when you open the rear hatch. All the glass is in great shape except it is missing the rear hatch glass. Both bumpers are included but are not mounted, they are damaged. The tires are rollers only. The interior is in really good shape. The odometer reads 78,039 miles. The original dash is in excellent condition, no cracks! The center console is in like condition. Seats aren't that bad except for the bottom of the driver. Door panels are good too. No carpet. Some of the rear interior plastics are missing. Headliner is in good shape. It does come with some of the original vinyl interior pieces which have been removed, they look to be in good shape and usable. The seat belts have been removed but are also included along with a box of odds and ends and the drive line that were removed. The 240z comes with a clear title.
