Up for auction is an unrestored 1971 Honda Z50, with the oval badge. Overall this bike has nice patina and is in pretty good condition considering its age. The tank is in a lot better condition than most other original vintage Z50s I've owned and is free from the dents and dings that you often find on the top front end of the tank. The bike is a strong runner, as you can see in the video, but the kickstart lever isn't currently working. It most likely needs a new ratchet gear, as it does not engage through the kick. A few other things worth pointing out - part of the brake lever is broken off, the chain guard could use some repair, the headlight and taillight are missing, it doesn't have an air cleaner, and the fork boots need to be replaced. Beyond, that I've tried to paint a clear picture of this bike with the pictures, so take a close look and ask any questions before bidding. Here the bike is running: Overall this a very nice oval badge Z50, with the original engine and a great restoration candidate. It only needs the headlight and taillight to be complete.
