Exterior Color: Light Blue Metallic with WHITE Factory pin stripes.Interior Color: Medium Blue Premium Cloth. I am showing you the maximum amount of pictures that eBay will allow 24 of the entire car warts and all so you know what you are bidding on. This would be a great project car! The interior is in good shape, but since the Cutlass has been stored in one of our steel sheds for 17 years, it will need a thorough cleaning. Also, it also is missing the blue cloth headliner. This is a 38 year old Olds Cutlass Brougham Coupe 1 owner vehicle.My husband Marc & I purchased this Cutlass on October 1, 1978 from John Deery Motors in Cedar Falls, Iowa. It was ordered out from the Oldsmobile Factory in Lansing Michigan exactly the way we wanted it. This Cutlass has an MSRP of about $9,500.00 On the Thursday before Thanksgiving 1978 we flew from Waterloo, Iowa to Lansing, Michigan and took delivery of the Cutlass right on Factory Show Room Floor. We put the 1st miles on this Cutlass. It has 62,600 MILES Actual Miles. That averages 1,647 miles per year. It spent the last 17 years sitting in our Steel Shed on our acreage. The engine is a 4.3 LITER 260 Cubic inch DIESEL V8 ENGINEThis Engine was only made 1 YEAR 1979 and only in the 1979 OLDS CUTLASS which you have an opportunity to bid on! When running this Cutlass it got over 35 miles on per gallon on Interstate HWY TRIPS with the Diesel engine. We are including 2 extra engines that would need to be assembled to be used.1st engine is a 1979 Chevrolet 5.7 Liter 350 Cubic Inch V8. The second engineis out of a 1979 Buick Electra 225. It is 6.5 Liter 403 Cubic Inch Oldsmobile V8.We are also including the automatic transmission from the 1979 Buick. No RUST through and very FEW DINGS in the PAINT Some of the paint has flaked off, but the White factory pin stripes are still looking great. The main reason that it didn't rust through, is because we had it Ziebart rust proofed the first week we had it home from the factory. 2 SETS of KEYS including some of Original Olds Factory keys. It has 4 OLDSMOBILE Factory black mud flaps with the Oldsmobile word in script on them. The new tires were installed in 1997 when our son was driving the Cutlassfor his first car. They are P245 x 60 R14 Kelly Challenger tires on the original Oldsmobile Factory Sport Wheels that came on car. Plus there is an extra set of sport wheels and tires that will come with the Cutlass. They are P215 x 75 R15 tires that my son bought from a friend and they have near new tread. In 1997 my son had Hi-Jacker Air shocks installed on the Cutlass. You will get all the Oldsmobile pot metal center caps emblems etc. You will get the factory bumper jack and inflatable spare which have never been used. Sold AS IS.
