This is a one of a kind PT Cruiser. It was a special edition 4 door Conv. Only 45 were made. They did not go over very well and although 1000 were supposed to be made they stopped at 45. It sold new for $35k but as I said they didn't really sell. I bought it with 18k miles in 2008 and it now has 45k. I drive it to Florida every spring and a few weekends here and there. It has only been driven about 2000 miles in last 4 years. It was origanally purple in color but I painted it Tangerine Pearl (Orange) and added a new Blue top. The top was $2500 last spring and the paint was $3000 the summer before last. The blue top is very subtle and looks very nice with orange. I am an old car buff and always thought the PT looked like a 40s style car so I also have added wide white walls and moon wheel covers but also have original wheels and another set of Black /chrome wheels and tires that will go with it. It is always garage kept and I actually never put the top up. Only time the top is up is if it rains when I'm out in it. This is not an everyday driver although it could be. I think it is a collectors item and it's real value is to be treated as such but if you buy it you can do what you want with it. Last photo is before paint to show what it looks like with top up. This is not for everyone but if you liked the PT Cruiser this is the most unique one you will ever find.
