Original California car, 2nd owner, maintained by the same Porsche specialist mechanic for 15+ years (reference available). Nice color combination of Alpine White exterior and black leather interior. Original dealer window sticker, manuals, tool kit, air compressor, and removable roof panel bag included. Extensive maintenance logs and receipts will be provided. Thousands of dollars in recent maintenance, including new tires, brakes, shocks, timing belt, alternator and battery. The air conditioning has been converted to R134A refrigerant. Blemishes include a small crack in the lower right portion of the windshield, out of the driver’s line of sight, and a power steering fluid leak at the reservoir hose connection (common issue with the 944). The car’s Alpine White paint has a nice overall appearance with minor paint imperfections due to age. The car runs and drives well and has been adult owned by a Porsche Club of America member. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch is strong. The brakes work great and have a firm pedal, providing confidence when driving. This 944 S is all original including the optioned 16” wheels and larger anti-sway bars. Other notable options include the black leather interior, which is in excellent overall shape including the headliner, dash, carpet and door cards. The 16 valve S model is rated at 188 hp, which is a 40 hp increase over the base 8 valve 944 and delivers an improved driving experience. It has a clean Florida title in my name and gets driven every other week.
