I don't know if the engine turns over. Engine is missing its kick start lever, so I can't kick it over to see if engine turns over. Transmission does not shift, so I can't put it in gear and push the bike forward to see if engine turns over. Any parts not shown in the photos are not included with the sale. eBay requires me to check a box describing 'title'. But there is no box for 'NO TITLE'. Let me be clear.... There is NO title.
