I purchased this Triumph Spitfire to rebuild or exchange the engine. I did find good engines locally & thru ebay but seriously didn't know what I was thinking when I bought the car (I'm 6'-tall & 293 pounds)! I have a very hard time getting in & out of the car. With that being said, I'm not going to put any money or time into this car. This car is very solid with NO RUST. Very straight & worth fixing. I purchased the car from the 2nd owner, car has always been kept inside garage.Convertible top is in like new condition. Tires are Michelins in like new condition. This is a NO RESERVE auction. Highest bidder wins. Car is in Fort Worth TX 76137. Will need to be towed. Carpets are inside trunk. Car has a crack on windshield. I have described the car to the best of my knowledge.
