Vehicle Detail
Adult Owned SRT-4 - I Bought this car to drive to work when I got it the vehicle in Aug of 2011 it was shipped to me from Washington State and had 46K miles on it, I am the second owner. I drove it to work for 4 years and as my main transportation during that time. In the Summer of 2015 I bought a Scat Pack Challenger and this car was basically parked with 90,800 miles on the odometer. I had begun to accumulate parts with the intention of putting a large turbo on the car. I purchased a Garrett 4076 Ball Bearing Turbo kit that included the injectors and a ceramic coated turbo and then basically bought everything else I could think of to trick the car out. It has BC coil overs on all four corners and has been lowered to what I believe is the perfect height. Great handling and no fender rub. The coils are adjustable so you can go lower if needed. The turbo and injectors are installed and a custom base tune was installed. The car runs a bit rich as any base tune will, to extract every bit of power out of the car it should be run with a tuner installed to collect data files so a "kill" tune can be put on the car. It comes with a Diablosport Intune 2 so you can do just that. I took one shake down pass at the drag strip just to see what it would do the Hurst shifter worked beautifully along with the booger bushings and Spec clutch that were installed and it ran a 13.99 at 116mph. That was the only pass but it emphasized that this is a high 12 second car with the right tune up. It has Wildwood brakes up front brand new calipers and brakes in the rear cross and drilled rotors all around. It has a Needswings downpipe with CAT delete and a manual cutout if you want to open the car up. The exhaust is a Mopar stainless exhaust which is a Borla made product with Mopar branding. The clutch is a street strip Spec 2 and works awesome. Hotchkiss sway bars. Brand new Enkei wheels no curb rash or dings they are new as are the Pirelli P-Zero tires. Hurst shifter. Booger bushings. The dash pad is new the Florida sun roached the old one. Carbon fiber hood with functioning scoop brand new Lloyds mats. In total I spent over 10k fixing this car up and now I just don't have the time to enjoy it I guess the fun was in putting it together. Level 3 Axles good to 550HP. Since the parts, tires, wheels and brakes were added it has been driven 300 miles at the most! This car has been done right. It comes with black powder coated shock tower braces in the trunk that cost somewhere over $350 I forgot who made them but they were custom ordered. The Apexi turbo timer is in the trunk and comes with the car along with the Diablosport tuner. The paint is ok its not awesome, the Florida sun did a number on the roof so that was repainted along with the wing at the local paint shop. There is a small quarter size dent on the rear quarter easily fixed. No wrecks no rust of any kind. The base tune should be upgraded to really open up what the car can do, occasionally the check engine light comes on, its an aggravating issue related to the deletion of the Cat a common issue when this mod is done top SRT4's. The interior is so-so, its stained and worn in the cloth in areas and the drivers side has a rip in the seat which I have shown. No other tears or rips I can see. The interior could use a good cleaning by a car detailer and it would improve it immensely. Another option would be professional reupholster or seat covers. I didn't get to the interior before I ran out of time to fix it up. I did add a $300 set of Lloyd mats that look great with the Dodge logo and red piping to match the exterior. The boost gauge is loose and is not OEM its a Autometer ultra light with a white gauge face it is analog. The two pillar gauges are AEM white face digital UEGO meter (that sits at 14.3 at idle) and a digital AEM oil pressure gauge. There is a brand new factory boost gauge in the trunk if you want a stock gauge but with all the boost the new turbo makes the aftermarket is the better gauge it just needs proper install. The oil pressure gauge id installed in the pod but it is not working it needs to be connected to the back of the engine. Frankly its a pain in the butt to install if you don't have a lift. I personally would pay someone to finish the pressure gauge. Trunk mat carpet had some water damage from a cooler, no rust in the trunk its just the mat that's not perfect. Original spare still in the car. Runs fantastic starts right up handles great, looks great gets tons of attention. The best part is the big turbo takes a while longer to spool than stock so while your city driving the car is actually easier to drive than the stock turbo and you still get 20 miles per gallon but when it spools and hits watch out it is very fast...No wrecks no rust of any kind. I would not hesitate to drive this on a daily basis its a very street-able car. Drives and handles awesome. Radio works all factory gauges work, emergency brake works seats recline properly electric windows and rear manual windows all work fine. Factory air bags up front. Horn works, lights work, front and rear lights were replaced with brand new units lights up front look awesome forgot the brand but they are new as are the tail lights. When I put on the carbon fiber hood it just begged for new lights the old factory lights had faded. Window tint is showing it's age, tint was on the car when I got it should probably be replaced its starting to bubble up. Cut outs (notches) in the front fascia are to clear the Hahn inter-cooler which is extra thick to increase turbo cooling efficiency and increase HP, this is a 699.00 piece and is extremely high quality helps cool while minimizing the air space in the turbo system and reducing inherent lag. Lots of parts invested great car. I'm sure I am leaving something out the car runs, sounds, and looks great. If your looking for a tastefully tricked out SRT4 that needs just a little TLC to be one of the baddest around this is it. Adult owned Lets say I am over 50 and leave it at that , If you want to know why I am selling its because I have 5 cars (all high performance except my truck) and I just don't have the time to keep working on this nor can I possibly drive 5 cars at once. I don't like selling my cars it pains me to let this one go but this car deserves a good home. I will include an envelope with receipts. Down-payment of $500 due at the end of the auction by Paypal, the down-payment is non-refundable so please only bid if you intend to buy. Full payment due within 1 week of the auction end. I can work with the buyer on being available to have the car transported. The car should be picked up within two weeks of the auction end if possible. No warranty, sold as is, but this is a nice running solid car. Low starting bid to get things going. NO RESERVE AUCTION The title is clear and will be sent overnight Fedex to the buyer with tracking provided as soon as full payment clears. Good luck, give this car a good home it deserves to be driven... Below is a list of New Parts that have been installed or come with the car. They total over $11,000. I have the receipts either from online print outs or physical receipts received from Tire Rack etc. The receipts will be sent in an envelope with the title to the winning bidder after cleared payment is received. I know I am leaving some parts out but this gives you an idea of what has been invested.
