Hello diesel family and friends, thank you for your faithful following and Happy and blessed new year to everyone from Toms Diesel truck center on ebay,....I sell all my diesels on ebay only I do not have a web site, please stop down if you can or just check on ebay here from time to time I will put one or two new trucks on as I get them ready for sale,,,thanks T I'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal, I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read, thanks ... my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up? That was me.... it is where I started my journey into the car business, at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA, after football practice, I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up, checked the oil, washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work, brakes, welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars, I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened this small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. If you give me the opportunity I promise I will do everything in my power not to let you down... I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. A few things to know before bidding or becoming interested in one of my trucks, I do not play games with the price, I do my homework price low for fast cash sales on the buy it now that is what I need if you do the research you will see, however serious cash buyers are encouraged to bring cash offers close to buy it now we might deal to the right buyer, the right buyer to me does his or her homework and knows the market price on these old diesels, is easy to deal with and has there expectations in line, what I'm not looking for is people shooting lowball prices, bringing a magnifying glass to scrutinize a 15-20 year old work truck, if you need new I do not sell that they are tens of thousands of dollars more money and don't last long at all go to the new dealer if that is the case. But if your serious about buying a nice older diesel and are good to get along with that is me as well I will make you a sweet deal, stop down if you can.. I bought this in Dallas Texas over this past winter from a Dodge dealer trade in. Well cared for truck, had the tranny fully built at 225K, engine fires right up nice good batteries, no blow by or leaks, DOW fixed, shifts great, has small lift, I did track bar and shocks, tuned pump she drives 100% , good power, tight front, good thick rubber, good brakes and rotors, good 4 inch exhaust, no engine mods stock mechanically. Interior is very clean for the age, nice dash, has pilar gauges, air bags and 5th wheel hitch, she's ready to tow and she tows awesome!!! Non smoker professional owner, body is excellent no rust or bondo work, glossey paint mint frame, remember its a Texas truck nothing rusts down there its why trucks are a few grand more rustbuckets/bondo buggies up north are 5 grand cheeper decide what works for you and please keep in mind you get what you pay for!!! I pay no attention to lowballers I do not have time to get back even to decline your offers it goes directly to my trash file, but I do work with all serious buyers though, these are the best diesel trucks ever made and people know it, and what makes things bad there are none out there in this shape so if you are serious get here with the cash or hit the buy it now I deal on a first come basis only.Finally, there are a lot of people out there who know nothing about these awesome trucks but think that a lower number on a spedo makes it a better truck and that's ok there are a lot of things I know nothing about either like rocket science, neuclular medicine and ect,,, so for those guys I do have several of these with lower numbers priced in the 20K range if interested and qualified I can work with you, thanks /Tom 717 991 0568
