I'm the original owner. I leased my car from Leith BMW, Raleigh, NC, and bought it when lease expired. I thought I would choose something else after 3 years but this car was a keeper. I paid to have it CPO'd for 6 years or 100000 miles. Never used the warranty as nothing ever went wrong. Features include Premium Package, Steptronic Automatic Transmission , Comfort Access, Heated Front Seats, Rear Park Distance Control, Satellite Radio Ready, Recently Installed Digicut Ceramic Window Tint.All required maintenance, repairs & replacements done by Leith, including Takata driver airbag replacement. Four new OEM tires and new OEM battery installed in last 6 months. Oil & brake fluid service done 12/2016.Original brake pads rated GOOD by Leith BMW at 12/2016 service. All service records and title in hand. No accidents or modifications. No stains, tears, odors or wear apparent on Dakota leather seating surfaces or carpets. No smoking. No pets. Never driven in snow or sleet. Always garaged.Everything works as new and it drives like new.Exterior & interior detailed by Owner. Leather surfaces supple due to treatment with Armor All Leather Cleaning & Conditioning Gel.I'm a 69 year old BMWCCA member and BMW owner since 1995. From the beginning, I treated this car as my long term ride. Even though it's 7.5 years old, it has the life of a 2 year old car, except that the warranty expired. It's a fine example of an E92 mid-series run (2007-2013). The body style is timeless. The color combination still brings comments in the parking lots. Of course, after 30 coats of synthetic wax, I'm not surprised. I still drive the car sparingly. Feel free to send an inspection company here to examine the car. I'd suggest Leith BMW, but they don't do private inspections. If you want, I will provide the name and contact # for my service advisor at Leith who will verify the condition and service history of the car. Finally, please be aware that the AUTOCHECK & CARFAX reports contain no service history. AS a policy, Leith BMW doesn't send reports to AUTOCHECK, CARFAX etc. The first date of 1/5/09 in the history section is a mystery to me. I leased the car brand new on 9/15/09 from Leith. The mileage history ends at 10250. Mileage now is as reported above. The vehicle passed inspection and the registration renewed each year, including the last renewal and inspection in January 2017. TO ALL YOU WATCHERS: I'd be grateful if you asked me questions about my car and/or made some comments about what might be stopping you from bidding. I see cars similar to mine but with 50-100K miles going for less. But I also see similar cars listed (mostly by dealers ) on car selling sites for upwards of $16500 still with at least 45K miles. I set the bidding price based on what I think is the market value of a good looking, well maintained, low usage and repair free car. I'd gladly gift this car to either of my 2 daughters, but they declined as both love their Hondas.
