1966 Chevrolet Chevelle. This beautiful 66 Chevelle is a great driver quality car and is ready for spring cruising. Car has a beautiful bucket seat w/console interior that is in beautiful condition. 350ci engine that runs great and sounds amazing. Fresh tune up with new plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filters, fuel line and brand new Edelbrock 600cfm carb. New air cleaner, belts and hoses. All fresh fluids including brake fluid. New motor mounts. The turbo 350 trans was just rebuilt and torque converter replaced. Shifts smooth and strong. Drive shaft was just balanced and new ujoints installed. Complete front suspension was just rebuilt with new ball joints, tie rod ends, bushings and a brand new front power disc conversion was just completed as well. Disc conversion included new Rotors, calipers, spindles, power booster, master cylinder, proportioning valve and new lines. This thing stops on a dime now. Mechanically this car is very strong and sorted out. It drives extremely well and is ready to drive anywhere. The body and paint on this car are in good condition. The paint is over 15 years old and still has a nice shine to it and shows well. There are some flaws in it but overall it is nice. There is a couple small bubbles in the paint and some small hairline cracks in the paint on the right quarter panel but nothing I could get to show in a pic. There is also a small outy dent on the drivers side of the hood. It looks like at some point someone put too long of a bolt in the hinge. Easy fix but its there. There is some evidence of body filler in the lower rear quarters on the very bottom of the car. I included a pic of this area. The floorboards and trunk pan were replaced at one time and they did an ok job. Good enough for a driver but would need some final finishing to be perfect. The car will need body mount bushings as the rubbers are pretty dry rotted. There is some other small rust spots on the bottom of the radiator support also. The frame is solid and has NO rust or repairs anywhere. Car has SS hood and badges but is not a true SS car. The interior is in excellent shape. Bucket seats with console. Windows all roll up and down as they should. Over all this is a great driver quality car that is an absolute blast to drive. Car has tons of curb appeal and shows well. Here is a nice Chevelle you can drive and enjoy while you restore or just enjoy it the way it is. You will love how well this thing drives.
