My prized possession has been this very, 1986 Buick Grand National. I bought the car in Denver, Colorado in 2011 and drove it home to Iowa. Since arriving here this car spends 365 nights a year in temperature controlled room With my other toys. I have recently bought a new building without a private 8 car showroom, so now I must sell my Turbo collection. It has been 3 years since the Grand National has left my building. Last time I took it out my son and I drove it from Des Moines, IA to Dubuque, IA and back for my Grandfather's 80th birthday. I don't drive the car much anymore because although it is nice to have someone admire your cars, I really don't like people touching them. So in the company of my '91 Syclone, '93 Typhoon, '88 TGP prototype, '89 TTA, and a couple corvettes this great Grand Nation was only moved around inside the building a couple times a year for regular fluid changes and battery maintenance. I could drive this car across country tonight without a worry. This is a very clean car, but it does show some age on its paint. The interior is near mint if not and the Drivetrain is magnificent. The stock airbox is in the trunk with a car cover and T-top bags. Please feel free to make an appointment to come inspect the car in person.
