1978 Honda CR250R. Complete restoration. I'll try to be as complete as possible in description.Bike torn completely apart and all nuts, bolts, springs, fasteners etc. re-clear zinced to look new. Original honda spokes re-zinced in clear, nipples in yellow (gold)Everything red (except tank) powder coated in color RD-01. It very closely matches all the new plastics (VMXRACING.COM)All black parts done in satin black powdercoating.all aluminum given a fresh brush polish to look new. Rims re annodized to look as new.Engine had complete rebuild to include but not limited to, all bearings and seals, piston, rings (standrd bore) and re chromed cylinder.DG pipe and silencer (pipe polished for bling) Fox Airshocks wher rebuilt and polished up by Thor (Evolution Suspension). Shafts are in great shape as is left side body, Right side body has chain rash that was milled down to clean it up. (see picture) These shocks are hard to get ahold of (beggers can't be choosers)New brakes, bearings, rim tape, tubes and tires front and rear. Bridgestone M-22 rear, M-23 frontNew Seat cover, cables, grips, kill button, and era corect front plate, ETC., ETC.Tank was done by a pro and used auto basecoat, clearcoat system.The bike was started tuned and run through the gears and found everything to be correct.Then retired to my collection for the past 3 years.
