Are you the first owner ? Yes, purchased in October 2015. For 1 year it was a PCNA Demo (Porsche dealership demo) which accumulated 500 miles. I bought it in October 2015 with 500 miles it now has less than 6500 miles. See attached is the original car tags -- and it shows "PCNA DEMO not for sale" 2. What is the present conditions ? It's in Excellent Condition and still smells brand new -- the front driver wheel has dings from a pothole/curb brush. . .Please see Carfax listed on cars.com -- in April it was in a hit and run accident while at a red light -- Jim Ellis Porsche did the certified repairs (same dealership purchased from) and all work is under warranty. There is no evidence of collision and there is absolutely no structural damage -- as I was sitting at a red light at Linden & Spring -- not even moving. All invoices etc. . .are available. Recently had 1 year/10k mile service completed. 3. What is your main reason for selling it ?
