This truck was bought 4 years ago and runs strong. I'm getting out of landscaping business and moving. The lien has been satisfied that was from previous owner which is why a title was issued that I have. Possible Emissions it it registered under my business in RI for commercial use and emissions are not checked on these type of vehicles. Possible odometer roll back is because the Miles are low. If you read through the list of previous owners you will see the odometer go up gradually which is what it should.
