2016 Triumph THRUXTON 1200R

Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

MAN THIS THING IS FUN!!!!!! AND FREEKIN FAST!!!!!! We run a hot rod shop in Lewiston Idaho and I just couldn't pass up this bike. You can see our work on the rottenleonard site. We picked up this lightly wrecked 2016 Thruxton R last fall and replaced the Fuel Tank, Front fender, Throttle sensor, RH handle bar switch pod, Ignition Switch, speedometer mount, headlight, RH side cover and levers. it still has some light scratches here and there but is overall VERY nice. We did get rid of the goofy stock turn signals and the out of place rear fender(you know the engineers just put that on there because they had to, you can tell they designed it to be thrown away. Look how many are on eBay, LOL). We fabricated and Powder coated a pretty trick aluminum mount for the LED rear T/S, Brake lights that also relocates the license plate above the rear tire. It also has a license plate light. There are some VERY light scratches on the RH exhaust pipe where it turns back from the cylinder, they look like it has more changed the heat bluing rather than than actual surface. they may fade when it is ridden more. There is a scratch on the RH front shock tube next to the headlight. and a scratch in the speedo lens. none of these scratches stand out unless your just looking for them. This is such a nice bike and it runs and rides oh so nicely, the torque is nothing short of amazing. I have pictures of the bike before repair so you can see it was a very light collision with a deer (text me for a link). When I inquired with Empire Cycle in Spokane where it was purchased new of why it was totaled with really only cosmetic damage they told me that the guy had a type of insurance where he could say if he wanted it fixed or totaled and he chose to just get a new bike. As I understand it he got one exactly the same. It is just plain and simply a cool bike! And yes it only has 862 miles!!! It will be coming from a business with a fork lift located in Lewiston Idaho 83501, and I am willing to meet a truck at any time and help load, or come pick it up yourself, there are some phenomenal rides close to here including The Spiral Highway, Alpowa Grade, Anatone Grade, Rattle Snake Grade, Weipe Grade as well as the Locsa on highway 12 and the Southfork to elk city....... Damn I wish I had time to just keep this bike. If you come pick up the bike get a hotel room for a few days, you will be glad you did, and I bet my old man would show you some cool places on his CBR. Note that it is a Rebuilt Salvage Title, but that's why you getting essentially a new bike for a 1/3 of the price, that's a win!
