For sale is a 2006 Honda CBR1000RR with 11k original miles. The bike runs and drives great, starts right up, the engine is sound, transmission shifts on point and the clutch grabs right where it should. Tires are in like-new condition and both match. Forks are dry and do not show any signs of leaking. The bike is in great shape mechanically and cosmetically especially being an 11 year old motorcycle. It has not been wrecked or abused. It has all original Honda fairings, paint and decals. The fairings and over-all condition of the bike is great, there are some small imperfections being a used bike, the worst being some minor scrapes on the left side, where the bike tipped over from the kickstand. Other then that, the bike shines and looks great, there are absolutely no cracks, broken tabs or any heavy damage. What you see in the pictures, is what you are going to get. I have included pictures of the scratches on the left and tried to get as much detail as I can through the photos. Please look through the photos thoroughly to get the best description of the bike. All electronics work as they should, the dash does not display any codes, and functions properly. The only mods done to the bike is a Two Brothers exhaust which sounds very good and an aftermarket windscreen (cracked). It will need blinkers as they were removed by the previous owner. The bike will get a fresh oil change prior to completion of the auction. Titling: The bike was purchased through an insurance company that wrote it off as a "flood unit." As mentioned before the bike starts right up and has no issues, there is no sign of actual water damage to the bike, no rust or corrosion. The bike has not been wrecked or repaired in anyway. It has an actual Virginia title, that has been branded "flood." You must check with your DMV on how to properly title the vehicle in your state. At the completion of the auction the title will be transferred to the new owner. $150 documentation fee will apply to the final purchase price, and sales tax if you are in the state of Florida. All other buyers are responsible for tax in their own state. Payments A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the end of the auction. Balance is to be paid via cash, bank transfer or certified-bank check. NO money orders, money grahams, or personal checks. PayPal is to be used for deposit only.
