I have here a nice Mercedes Benz V12 SL600, the car was abandoned up in RI back in 2009 after the owner would not pay for damage repairs, I have last owners contact but does not wish to get a title from Indiana where it was registered (also have the Indiana plate that was on the car) I have Bill Of Sale from NY seller that took possession of the car from a warehouse (that he bought) that was been pulled down (car has done 14000 miles since 2009) The car was put into Mercedes Benz in Little Silver NJ and had oil change, new tire's, greased battery etc. I checked with the NJ State Police to see if this had been stolen before buying it and it come back clean, it is currently insured and they had no problems doing so, also done a finance check and nothing attached.The car could do with a good clean, there are concrete splashes on the hood and scratches here and there so should be professionally painted, it does have a hard top, the passenger seat is stuck forward and I have 3 motors for it to be put in, the tear on the rear soft top hatch also has a replacement, also one of the locking cylinders for the roof leaks oil due to the seal gone, these are all easy fixes, I'm just seeing if there is any interest at this price otherwise I will go via the courts to get a title. Please please do not bid on this item if you are out of the USA and will have people pick it up etc, if you buy you take it and not do the "well lets see if I like it" you will pay the $500 deposit non refundable before anything proceeds, I'm tired of all the crap that goes on. I will not relist this once this auction is done. Thanks you
