We take pride in accurately describing our vehicles and providing photographs that accurately depict the vehicle being sold. However, regular wear and tear should be expected on all used vehicles. Things like minor scratches, minor dings, minor interior imperfections will not be listed. Wear and tear that is of significant, easily noticeable nature will be fully disclosed, however the cars we sell are of very high quality and condition. All vehicles purchased on eBay are sold "As-is. where-is" with the exception of the items covered on the "Quality Guarantee" contract. All buyers of vehicles on eBay will receive the title 2-3 days after payment, and will have to sign an "Title Received Statement" document before vehicle will ship or be delivered, because of the rampant fraud associated with the Ebay Buyer Protection scams. It is the buyers responsibility to verify the condition of the vehicle prior to shipment or pickup. If you need additional photographs to make an informed decision, we encourage you to ask us for them and we will do it. It is your duty to inspect the vehicle or request additional information before you bid and win on a vehicle. All sales are final. TERMS OF QUALITY GUARANTEE Our quality guarantee contract covers the following components: Engine, Transmission, A/C system, Electric System, Cooling System. This contract covers the functionality of the covered components. We guarantee the covered components will function for the purpose in which they were designed. If any of the listed components should fail inside the warranty period, Florida Quality Cars shall be responsible for bringing the item back to functioning condition by any means necessary. This warranty will only be honored at Affordable Mechanics of America - Fort Myers. Warranty holder shall not have the right to reimbursement or compensation if seeking repair services anywhere but Affordable Mechanics of America - Fort Myers. Exclusions: Florida Quality Cars shall bear no responsibility for damages found to have been caused by negligence or user-error. Damage caused by low fluid levels, such as motor oil or transmission oil, are not covered and are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Regular wear and tear items such as brakes, rotors, bearings, engine coils, etc. are not covered by this contract. Damage to covered components will not be covered in the event of theft, accident, collision or any like incident.
