For sale: 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE extended cab rwd pickup truck. This is very clean and tidy 2003 GMC up for sale. This has been an excellent truck to me and my family. It serves as a spare vehicle and has been very dependable. We took it to Virginia Beach this past summer as our family vehicle to handle all of the stuff we packed, and it was perfect on the trip with an average mpg of 20 using the AC & fully loaded. The truck is rust free in the wheel wells of the bed and the bottom of the doors are in excellent shape. The paint is still bright and shiny except for the tailgate which is a replacement. In the past 6 months I have performed the following maintenance items to the truck: new rear rotors, new front brakes, 2 new rear tires (less than 2k on them), new water pump & thermostat with fresh coolant, new serpentine belts (including AC compressor belt), new air filter, new front and rear KYB shocks, new stereo head unit, new battery, new upper steering shaft and steering collar bearing. The engine is the 4.8 liter v8 and powers the 4L60E automatic transmission. The engine is quiet and smooth with excellent oil pressure. The transmission shifts flawlessly and the fluid is bright and clean. All of the gauges work and there are no lights or warning indicators present on the dash. Factory installed features include AC, power windows, power locks, cruise control, dual zone climate control, tow\haul mode, delay wipers and more. The inspection is good until May of 2017 and will have no issues passing again in May of this year. The truck comes with a drop-in plastic bed liner and a tri-fold tonneau cover. This truck does have a reconstructed title but in no way affected the chassis integrity or drivability of this truck. This is very reliable vehicle and I depend on it to be safe for my family.
