For sale is a gorgeous 1962 Lambretta Li125 project scooter. It was purchased new by the father of an old friend. Around 2004 the bike was meticulously disassembled, bagged, tagged, labeled, and organized. It was then sent out for a professional powder coating, painting. The front fork was rebuilt professionally in California, with all new parts. This is exactly as I purchased the scooter. The motor has not been rebuilt, as I had planned a new top end and crank kit. This bike does not, and never had a title as it was considered a moped, in Chicago back then. One can be obtained relatively easily, and I will provide a bill of sale along with the bike. I had to put something in the category, and it is far from a salvage bike. All of the parts you see are brand new, or as good as new. The spares are included, and are all in very good condition. I only unwrapped them from the bubble wrap, for the photos. If you have read this far into my description, then you know what a rare and amazing find this is.
