They have transferable registrations which are the same as a title in any state or country. Everything works. Starts right up and drives great. Needs nothing but some cleaning and a new owner. No holes in the pipes and inside the tank is clean. Original except for tires, brakes, tune up and seat cover which are new. You can drive it home. Email any questions and I will try to answer them.
