No reserve auction for my immaculately maintained X5 diesel. This vehicle is in excellent condition and still smells and drives like new! My wife and I ordered this and picked all the options. Vehicle was delivered August 2012. For those unfamiliar with this model, this is the twin turbo 3.0 diesel before they changed the model to the current one with the odd styling and downgraded the engine. This comes with 425lbs of torque and can tow over 7,000 lbs. All diesels are four wheel drive. The interior has minimal wear and looks beautiful with everything working as it should. This has been a great vehicle that regularly gets 23 MPG in the city and up to 28 MPG in the highway. Vehicle has always been dealer maintained and received new tires a year ago. Front brakes were changed out about 10 months ago. Rear breaks were done last week (pads and rotors). The common failure items on these vehicles are the DEF tanks. Both the active and the passive tanks were changed out last week and carry a two year warranty from BMW so no worries there. Vehicle has BMW installed trailer hitch and brake controller. This was setup to tow my race car but was only used two times. Most of my towing was motorcycles to and from the track and my aluminum utility trailer. Needless to say, 7,000 lbs+ towing capacity and 425lb or torque is a bit of overkill for my current use. The brake controller sits in the cup holder when used. This setup is about $1,600 installed. Our evolving family needs require a third row so this one is for sale. Vehicle is in good condition with some slight wear on the drivers seat bolster (see pictures) and a couple very minor scratches on the rear bumper (see pictures). Two wheels have slight curb rash (see pictures) Before delivery, I had the dealer install EXPEL on the front and mirrors so there are no rock chips on the front. Cosmetically it is 9 out of 10.
