Vehicle Detail
1995 Land Rover Defender which I have owned for the past 16 years. To my knowledge, there is no history of accidents. I never had it off-road but cannot speak for the prior owner. Recently, I had the master and slave clutch cylinder replaced by a Land Rover specialist, While in the shop, I requested that overall evaluation be completed which resulted in the following: replacement of engine cooler lines, replacing steering damper, replacing drive shaft brake cable, replacement of distributor vacuum advance and installing trailer converter and repair of 4 tail lamp harnesses. I recently replaced the alternator and belt. The original radio has been replaced with a CD player. The roof and the rear windows have been replaced and are in good condition. The car has been garaged during my ownership. The front seat cushions have tears but are covered with Land Rover waterproof seat covers The upholstery on the left front seat pedestal is torn - see pictures There is a small tear in the back seat and one of the seat belt buckles is damaged but functional. A Bimini top is included. The tires are in good condition The sidesteps were replaced several years ago and still look new. The paint is faded in some places. The tops of the front fenders have some slight rippling There is a small outward dent near the left door handle which resulted from removal of the windows which were corroded in place when I purchased the vehicle. This defect is pictured. There is a similar outward dent on the right door which is smaller and hardly noticeable. One of the right widow studs broke off during removal. It has been brazed to the base and works well. There is a hole in the left floor mat. There is a small amount of corrosion in the right floor well. There was corrosion of the 3rd brake light mounting which has been sanded and painted. Recent Pa. state inspection completed. The car is located in Southeastern Pa. and can be viewed by appointment... Contact me if interested in doing so. Thanks for looking, Happy bidding.
