I have up for sale at NO RESERVE a true 1967 Camaro true RS with a non original turbo 400 and a 68 327 corvette motor with camelback heads. The cowl tag reads 3L &2G witch decodes as a 67 RS with a console car. This car was purchased by the previous owner in 1981 from a weekend drag racer that's why the rear wheel openings are rolled and flared for bigger tires and the BM rachet shifter and the turbo 400. According to the owner this car ran pretty strong and what he liked was the way it sounded with open headers. All he did was take it out every now and then just around the neighbor hood as it was never registered for the road after he bought it. Well that was in the early Eighty's and it has been stored inside since then but even though it has not been on the road or ran for 30 + years it still has some rust to deal with. The trunk pan has some Swiss cheese rust in the pan by the tail panel and the rear shock mounts are questionable so it will possibly need a trunk pan. The quarters are full of mud from the gaudy flares they molded in so it will definitely need rear quarters and the doors will need work also but I have a set of after market doors and a set of 68 full quarters that will go with the car. The under body seems to be solid as do the frame rails but this car will need a complete restoration. IT IS NOT IN RUNNING CONDITION THE WAY IT SITS.
