You are bidding on a 1985 Mercedes Benz 300cd, a very rare coupe, this is a turbo diesel model using Mercedes Benz 5 cylinder diesel, that is .as they say "bulletproof" The turbo was replaced by the factory a few years ago in California. The prior owner from California took excellant care of this car as he does all of his collection. all maintenance as required was completed, new struts shocks tires brake pads etc have been done recently. The auto transmission was recently rebuilt. This is a car I wouldn't hesitate in driving cross country and back. I have been recently using the car here in Kentucky and am amazed with the fuel economy close to 30 mpg in the city and much more I am sure on the hwy. Everything on this car works as it should, the interior is as new. the exterior is great but will need the hood and trunk repainted at some time as the clear coat is fading.(typical for MB's of the 80s)Shipping will be at the purchasers expense or if you choose to fly into Lexington, Ky. airport I will pick u up and bring you to the car.Good Luck your buying a great car
