I am selling my 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE. It recently failed inspection because the driver side headlight is out. My mechanic tried replacing the headlight, replacing the headlight harness, replacing the turn signal switch, and checked the fuses. He thought it might be a problem with the security module but said it would need to go to a Nissan dealership to get the problem diagnosed.Other know problems:It occasionally gets the p1444 check engine light. It has to do with the evap canister. I usually delete the code when it shows up and then it pops up again a few months to a year later.The cover of one of the spark plugs has a broken screw. The cover is glued in place.There are cracks on the front and rear bumpers. There is significant paint peeling.Water gets into the trunk sometimes when there is heavy rain. Not sure how.The horn had stopped working but I had a new wire run to it and it is now working.Other than the above, the car runs fine and should pass inspection.
