The engine starts and runs on external gas in the trunk, the trans goes into forward and reverse, emergency brake works, good enough to go on a trailer. No rust through in the trunk, very solid. She’s got a lot of “sitting around” surface rust underneath but little or no rust through. Still wearing its original paint with her 100 percent original white vinyl interior. We found this car and awakened it from its slumber of almost 40 years! Driven into a garage in 1976 it was sold to us by its original owner. We oiled the cylinders, turned her over, put some fresh gas and cleaned up the electrical contacts and she came back to life almost instantly. Engine runs with little to no smoke and no odd noises. We are leaving all of the cleaning and freshening to her next new owner we worked diligently to not disturb the years of accumulated dirt, crud and of course- Patina. Please understand she’s going to need attention. Brakes, exhaust, some possible suspension work and fluid should be planned on at a minimum. This is a great car to build some sweat equity in!
