You are looking at my 70 SWB. It has been off frame restored with vintage service station style graphics & faded patina painted on. It runs and drives great. This truck was originally a long bed. Frame is from a 1972 and was correctly shortened under the cab. Weld visible in photo. I used the 72 frame to update to the 5 lug and Disc / Drum brakes. Frame was cleaned and painted. New shocks, calipers, pads , shoes, spring kits, wheel cylinders, brake hoses, and hard lines installed. It has a 2 1/2 - 5 inch drop for better stance. New 255/60-15 tires on 8 inch factory style ralle wheels with new caps and lugs. The body panels are all original and in great shape. The only new body panels are both bedsides and both rocker panels. This truck is not a bondo bomb. It has all graphics and fade painted on with base / clear. Matte clear was used and the Sinclair emblems are the only decals. This was the original color combo on the truck. I thought it would be fun to add the `shop truck` style to it. All glass is good and rolls up / down fine. New windshield with new front and back glass rubber. All door weatherstrip / glass rubber is new also. Bed has wood floor. Interior still has its original 1970 upholstered seat in good shape. New carpet, floor mats, glove box liner, defrost duct hoses, and dash pad were installed. New battery and complete new American Autowire update harness was installed. Wipers, heater, dome lamp, stop / tail, turn, headlamps all work as they should. Speedo & fuel gauges (new sender) work. New aftermarket volt, temp, oil, and tach. The horn, reverse lamps, and parking brake are not hooked up and do not work. Engine was completely rebuilt with Edelbrock cam / lifters / timing chain kit added. Has new valves, springs, oil pump, distributor, rotor, cap, plugs, wires etc. Has Edelbrock carb and intake with Elite series valve covers and air cleaner. New fuel pump, water pump, antifreeze, hoses, heater core, belts, and radiator added. Truck has a turbo 350 trans and power steering. I have a clear title in hand. Serious bidders please come and look at it in person. Truck is purchased as is / where is and must be picked up in Metropolis IL 62960. Buyer is responsible for any shipping. This is a very nice truck that was made to look worn. I do not give joy rides. $200.00 deposit via PayPal, remainder in CASH upon pickup.
