1972 Datsun 240Z (built Nov 1971). California car, in storage for 18 years until about 9 years ago, little use use over the last few years. Mileage showing is 43K. I am selling this for a friend who has had the car in his collection and is now down-sizing as retirement draws near. This is an honest rust free car. It runs stops and starts and can be driven, but could use usual maintenance. The car is an excellent candidate for a show car restoration also, if the future owner is looking for a good basis for an investment vehicle. The car’s original color was orange. The paint on this car is an acceptable respray, but not at a show car level. Overall mechanical condition is good. Rubber components could be changed as needed, they are dry in part to the dry storage conditions the car has enjoyed. There are a couple of splits in the seats, along the seam, could be repaired or replaced. The auction is no reserve. If you win the auction you own it!
