We specialize in antique cars and parts! 1974 Porsche 914 Targa 1.8 L Engine - Garage Find!NO RESERVE VIN: 472913690/ Mileage: 62,944 This is a one owner car, having purchased it new in 1974.Car was driven until 1986 (see inspection ), it was then parked in a garage due to health concerns of the owner; has been sitting in garage ever since. We did put in battery and ran some propane into the mass air flow sensor, and she started right up! Please note that gas tank still has old gas in it. System (lines, fuel-injection) will need to be flushed and tank should be cleaned before car is started. Clutch/brake pedals are working. Car does roll and steer. Interior is all original and in great condition for age!Seats are still soft, center console , radio , interior all in nice shape! Does have rust in the typical 914 areas.We did pull off lower rocker panels on both sides; panels had been replaced by original owner right before care was parked.You can see that the jack point on the driver's side will need to be replaced; a new one will be included with purchase, see photo. Door jams should be replaced, see photos.You can see some other rust areas - battery tray, two holes in either side of floor (can see on underneath photos). Owner did some amateur body work, navel jelly on some ares, did some body work on other areas, primer on doors, around windows and on different spots on body. Please take the time to look at ALL PHOTOS WELL. Includes all service records, owner's manual, original title, and an added Porsche manual.Also includes locking lug nuts and some other misc parts, see photo.Includes two original sets of keys, spare tire, bra, and jack. 100 % Original , Excellent Restoration Project!!
