I am selling a very good running and riding 67 Superhawk 305. This bike is still pretty original yet mechanically very solid. The miles shown on the odometer are original. It has had a top end rebuild due to it sitting for many years in a barn. New pistons, rings, valves, cam chain, ect. It also has new tires, drive chain, mufflers, air filters, and battery. This is probably the best running vintage Honda I have ever had. It has had 125 miles on it since the engine rebuild. The break in oil was changed after 100 miles. It starts very easy usually with no choke even when cold. It idles well and climbs through the rpm range as it should. It shifts through the gears well, lights work, gauges work. Also the inside of the original tank is very clean, (see picture) especially when you consider its almost 50 years old. There are a couple things that don't work like the electric start, the horn, and the brake pads seem a little worn. It stops but the lever and pedal have a lot of travel before grabbing all the way. Cosmetically is has patina but is all original. It still turns heads even with the dings in the front fender and aged look. In the end it is a very good running vintage Honda that would make a great rider or would be fairly easy to restore. There is already a lot of expense taken care of with the engine rebuild and new parts to make it a daily rider. It will make someone very happy. I talked to the shop that did all the work. They specialize in vintage and new Honda's and vintage Indian motorcycles.
