1997 Porsche 911 Carrera (993), C2, Tiptronic Very Low Miles at 52,000. The 993 is the last of the air-cooled Porsches. Excellent Condition. Garage kept and driven very little. Very well maintained and preserved. Everything works properly. Nicely optioned C2 coupe. Paint still has great depth and shines beautifully. Interior is excellent. A pure joy to drive. I am a PCA member and have owned it for 3 years. I love this car and honestly thought I would never sell it as it was always my dream to own one. It doesn’t depreciate and is better than money in the bank. We are, however, restoring a historic home and have decided the funds would be helpful to have. This provides a very well documented history. A Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche (see image) will come with the car that details the original standard equipment and options, as well as production date, MSRP, color code, engine/transmission codes, etc. Very nice to have and confirms that the car is original. A very complete set of original books, manuals, warranty information and accessory documents are included in the original Porsche binder, just as it came with the car when new. This includes the original radio code card and key card. The original key fobs (two) are included. The original window sticker is included. These documents are very important to maintain the value of the car. The original spare tire compressor is included in its black plastic case. Complete jack and Porsche tool kit are included. Plastic gloves for changing a tire and the plastic sheet for covering your flat tire (Porsche provides these with the car when new) are included. Everything is original as it was included with the car when purchased. To add to the provenance of the car, the original owner even saved the plastic covers from the seats and they are included as well. CARFAX documents a minor incident in December 2011. It was indeed minor and complete records of the repair are included (reputable, high end shop in Atlanta). Based on the repairs I’d surmise it was a parking lot fender bender requiring replacement of the front right fog light assembly, the bumper energy absorber and re-spray of the bumper cover. Title is clean and clear and in my possession. Currently registered and titled in Georgia. I encourage a pre-purchase inspection at buyer’s expense and will be happy to assist in coordination with the shop of your choice. In addition, for long distance buyers, I’d be happy to facilitate a Skype "walk around" of the car. I also have it advertised locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
