Retracting bids or not following through with a purchase has a very negative effect on us. Thank you for looking at our machine. ATV: This is a 2015 Honda Foreman 500 Electric Shift 4x4 Utility ATV. The Foreman line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500 class, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, OHV four-stroke engine. Surprising torque coupled with the electric shift transmission allows this single cylinder work horse to get the job done with power to spare. There really hasn't been a major engine change within this machine for quite a long time. That's because when you get it right like Honda did with this one, you leave it be. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. It also has EFI, Electronic Fuel Injection. EFI makes hard cold starting a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just turn the key, put it in gear, and you're gone. This is a MAJOR improvement for Honda as there is no more extremely cold natured hard starting. This Foreman is the Electric Shift version. Electric shift is a great option because there are no expensive hydraulic pump transmissions to replace or any belts to slip and wear out. All you have to do on this machine to shift gears, is simply press the up or down button on the left side of the handlebars! It doesn't get much easier then this. To be clear, even though you do shift gears, there is NO clutch lever to operate with your hand. This setup is super simple and it allows complete control of what gear your machine stays in at any given time. Unlike many older Honda vehicles, this Foreman model can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by pressing a button. Then it also offers a front differential lock in case the terrain gets even worse. Simply slide a lever to the side and press another button. This system allows for easier steering and less wear and tear on the machine itself in 2WD, added traction with 4WD, and maximum pulling power in diff lock. Of course digital instrumentation, racks, and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on and ride every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in great condition. It has 685 original miles and 58 engine hours of use. The engine is perfect and runs great. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc.The tires are practically brand new.This machine does have some normal scratches here and there, but this is a used machine so that should be expected. There are absolutely zero cracks or broken plastic and this machine obviously hasn't been rolled or wrecked. The only noticeable blemishes are a spot of heavier scratches on the left front fender and some scratches/scuffs on the digital display screen. The screen isn't cracked or broken, simply scuffed on the clear cover. We have even provided pictures below so that you see exactly what these two ares look like. Overall, it is a very nice ATV that seems to have been well maintained and looked after. Anyone who buys this machine is going to get a GREAT Foreman at a GREAT price. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If it ships, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
