Ran fine when parked last year. Had engine replaced 2 years ago. Only used one season for light yard work. Needs carburetor work. Needle or float stuck, gas coming out of the overflow tube. Started it on starting fluid it ran fine .Don't know the year , the serial # and don't have a title . just used it around the house .
