Vehicle Detail
This car is located in Chalfont, PA.Original Matador Red, black interior, 4-speed, non-hideaway.Original WS motor rebuilt by Pontiac specialist. Block date is K068.Rear is original 3.55 posi, marked "N" for nodular. I had it rebuilt. The transmission, carb, and distributor are not original, or numbers matching. Carb is restored restamp.Frame off restoration started. New suspension and new Inline Tube power disc brakes added. Boxed rear arms and sway bar added.Frame and rear are powder coated and the front control arms are painted. Many parts are included that are not in the photos. Stainless, Hurst shifter, headlight buckets, grilles, wiper motor, interior parts, etc. Firewall factory stamped with the VIN in two locations. The frame was not stamped.Quarter panels were replaced before my ownership. I had repairs to the floors done. The floors are perfect. I have owned it since 2009. I never looked into the prior history of the car, but It appeared to be off the road for a long time. My body guy had it for years and wouldn't finish it, so I took it back and stuck it in the garage. For shipping, I can probably hire, at buyer's expense, a couple guys to put the doors, hood, fenders, trunk lid on. Car can be stored where it is for $150 a month as long as you need. Payment in full, by wire transfer only, within 10 days. No deposit needed. I will sign the title to the new owner, witnessed by notary, as required in PA. I have a slide show on photobucket with over 130 photos but of course ebay wouldn't allow the link. I'll try again to add it, or get it to you through email. Doug Waymer 860-451-8202 On Aug-04-16 at 04:40:18 PDT, seller added the following information: I don't have the keys for this car. The steering is not locked though. I also have a tilt wheel I would sell for $200. I added 25 more photos to the photobucket link, so please take another look at that. The new photos are of some, but not all, of the parts. Hurst shifter is #3218274 also marked 290421C. Shift rods and reverse lock out rods are painted. Z-bar and links all restored.Kick panels, with vents look nice. NOS door plate sills in wrapper. Trunk weather strip new. Extra rear drums new. Two wiper motors, one has a NAPA rebuild sticker. New Fuel hoses, clamps. New and old reverse light. New and old quarter panel lenses and chrome. New firewall insulation, starter/trans shield, bumper bolts, power brake booster and lines to connect. NOS front blinker chrome. There is a used starter and heater blower motor. New fender GTO emblems. Black seat belts dirty, but will clean up. Very nice original fan shield, without the mold defect. You will get a very nice 5-blade fan, and a clutch fan. Tail light lenses could be polished. they are lightly scratched. The tail light housings are pitted. Only one shown in photo, but I have both. The photo of the black seat in the red car goes with the Judge. The other seat is disassembled. A seat cover set is included, but it is not quite factory correct looking. Lots of interior parts not shown in the photos. The door panels are gone, but I have the top metal pieces, if you use a kit, the stainless trim, and arm rests. Looks like all the stainless is there. One of the rear window pieces is ruined, but I believe there is a spare. Looks like everything will polish up. Its not all dinged up. Look at the carb pictures. Spent about $300 getting it rebuilt and restored. I got it with the car, and it turned out to be a re-stamp, but it is ready to run. Some of the things I know are missing are: radiator, front sway bar, hood scoop flappers, and windshield. Hood scoops might be missing. So take a look at the additional parts photos. I couldn't photograph everything, but I hope it gives you guys a better idea of what is included. This is a No-Reserve auction, and it has a bid, so don't just be a watcher, there won't be another chance at this one, and you will probably never see another reasonable Matado Red Judge for sale. The engine, rear, and frame, suspension, brakes, are done, so finish it to your level and know it was done right. -Doug
