2012 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible One Owner, Bentley Dealership Serviced, Southwest Car, 567 H.P., AWD, Power Convertible Top.Want to see 206 Hi-Res Photos? Contact Chad at 330-353-1750 Owner fell in love with Bentley's after seeing one at a restaurant he and his wife went to weekly. He than decided this would be the ultimate gift to himself! In order to get what he exactly wanted, he searched and found the right car at a dealer in Boston with only 697 dealership miles on it. From there he bought the car, and had it shipped enclosed to Arizona where it has been ever since. He has certainly enjoyed it but is golfing more now, and doesn't get to drive it very often. It is time to find a new home where someone will enjoy it more. I feel its important to add that this Bentley is not the everyday driver of some celebrity or a high profile person to whom it was “just a car”. It has been treated as his pride and joy, and very meticulous taken care of. Paint has been carefully waxed, and detailed every year and kept in it's own clean stall. Professional Evaluation Paint- - Due to the bright sun some of the photos show a reflection. - Paint is beautiful, and is in great condition. It just reeks of meticulous care, and love. - Paint has a smooth factory finish that these cars have been know for. We did not detect any flaws, or scratches in the paint. You can tell looking it has been immaculately maintained, as it doesn't even have light scratches you get from washing car. - Being extremely critical of the paint, there are a few pin head size nicks on the front that are mostly unnoticeable. The two most noticeable nicks I have taken a pictures of. Including one just below the right taillight. (See Pics) Body- - The body appears to be straight and correct. - The gaps around the doors, hood, and trunk all look to be uniform. - We did not find any dents or imperfections on the body. Interior- - Upon inspection it is very obvious that it has been used little, and highly cared for in regards to being careful with it. - The interior looks as close to new as you can imagine. - The drivers outside bolster, which is typically the first place to show wear has obviously been carefully sat in, and does not show wear. - Taking a close look at the seats, door handle areas, and even the floor mats you can see how careful they have been with this car, and how little wear shows. - The only mark I could find on the interior was a small spot on the drivers seat back. With the proper cleaner it may be removed. (See Pics) - There is also a lot of sun reflection off the cloth headliner that makes it look more shiny than it is. Magnets- - The hood, trunk, and front fenders are of a non steel material so we are not able to check paint depth. - The doors and rear quarters we where able to measures, and they seem very consistently to be in the approximate 10-12 mil range as you might expect from a factory finish. Bright Work- - The bright work surrounding the window areas, including between the seats and the trunk, as well as the lower molding, front grill, and exhaust bezels all appears securely fit. Bright work does not show any signs of wear or age, they are still in impeccable condition. Same is true for the Bezel around the lights, and the Bentley emblems on the front and rear. Glass- - We do not see any wear or damage on any of the glass, with the exception of one small pin head size nick on the front windshield. Again a sign that this car has only been out on the best of days, and has received loving attention. - Windshield was replacement and is an authentic Bentley Factory Windshield. Top- - The cloth top does not show any apparent fading, and looks just as it should. - I do not see any damage on exterior top, or interior headliner. - It appears again on inspection that the top has been exposed to very little weather. -When I took the photos of the top roof section I had just put the top up about one minute before I took the photo. You will notice the creases in the pictures from it being stored, which will straighten itself out once up for a little time. Trunk- - The trunk again is another example of something that looks like it had never been used. - Owner does store the wind shade in the trunk, in the appropriate case. - There is no sign of any wear in the trunk area. If you look closely at the trunk parts removed, emergency spare, and associated tools they look like they have ever been touched. Tires and Wheels- - The tires and wheels finish does not show any wear, has good color, and is nice and shiny. - We do not see any damage to the tires or wheels other than a light scrape on the left rear wheel. (See Pics) - Pirelli- P Zero * Left Front- 275/35-ZR21 7/32 * Right Front- 275/35-ZR21 7/32 * Left Rear- 275/35-ZR21 6/32 * Right Rear- 275/35-ZR21 5/32 Engine and Transmission- - The cars under hood area looks as close as it could to the way it did in the Bentley showroom, shortly after this car was born. Chassis- - In looking at the bottom, I did not see anything that appears to be different than the way the car was built new. Its obvious that the chassis has had very little exposure to weather. - We did not see any obvious engine, transmission, or rear end leaks. Thought with the covers on the bottom side of this car, it would be difficult to be 100 percent sure. - Behind the front tires there is some light greasy substance, on the underside protecting cover. Owned looked it over, and believed to do with protecting the car from the elements. (Bentley Dealer verified) No problems indicated needing attention during servicing. - There is some light scrapping under the front nose, which is hard to avoid on cars of this type. Test Drive- Chad rode in the car with the owner about three times during the day. They rode for approximately 20 miles. Later Chad had the opportunity to drive the car around the neighborhood below highway speeds. It seemed to ride and drive magnificently as you would expect a Bentley. Paying close attention to it being amazingly smooth, and powerful, yet quiet. It seemed to up shift properly and down shift, and upon braking was very smooth. We did not notice any pulsation or pulling in the brakes. It truly is a car in which you could call “smooth as silk”. It was a “wow” in just the short period of time I drove it, and was just amazing!
