Love this truck. Never wanted to sell it but I live on south beach and can't park it without getting it towed. It got towed once again and I can't keep spending be money, especially because it's never used. It is / was a daily driver work truck and shows its age. It has a Dynatrac front end as I got tired of replacing the front bearings every 15k miles, 12" lift and 42" summitomo cement truck tires and Alcoa rims. Billet stainless steel grill (needs cleaning and polishing). It rides quiet, quietest lifted truck I've ever been in. I also replaced the turbo with about 28k. New drivers side under valve cover wiring harness ( also have the new passenger side harness) new drivers side fuel line, cam positioning sensor, larger rear diff cover with larger capacity, Train Horns (not functioning reliably, probably the actuator or air pump), pilar gauges with trans temp, boost and EGT, rebuilt fuel filter bowl, Diablo 60hp chip, new radiator, power steering lines, water pump, 600w amp with no stereo head (was a Sony with a hard drive). Was never overloaded it abused as the most it hauled were tools and finished cabinets. Never towed anything (too tall and i never had anything to tow). The bad: Aside from its fading looks, the transmission slips and needs a rebuild. Estimate around town about 2400-2700. New HD trans about 3,400. The power steering box needs to be replaced as well (150.00 Autozone lifetime warranty) and the tie rod ends also need to be replaced again (also under Autozone warranty with my cell number) as are many of the parts listed above. It's got a dent in the passenger side bed, and the tailgate is beat up and needs to be replaced. The paint may be able to be buffed out but the top and hood are fading. There are nicks and dings but overall ok shape. Again, it's a 15 year old work truck and not as bad as expected. The windows were tinted but need to be redone (125.00 locally with 3m). I changed the oil every 5-7k miles or so, and the engine is actually nice and tight. There are a few low cost things to address like retorquing the injectors, cleaning, fuel tank mods etc. I had planned in keeping it for my kids, but now it's been towed again and I'm eating 50.00 a day. I either sell it now here, or will get it out and sell it cleaned up and running good for a higher price. Right now there is A SUPER LOW RESERVE as the stress of having it towed again and being impounded is killing me. You have to understand the truck is impounded and I'll pm anyone the number of the tow company to see it. I am getting it released as late as possible so if it's an issue don't bid. Also, the title is clear but is showing Wachovia as a Leon holder and I will have the full release in a few days. If the release and paperwork aren't in order the funds can be held until they have been completed except for the towing and storage yard fees. Whoever buys the truck gets all the knowledge time and effort I have, and what I planned and can assist in bringing it back to its original glory. This truck is a 20k truck cleaned up as in the pics included but needs time and work. The lucky bidder will be getting a steal, so bid and contact me with any questions at all.
