Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a super nice Z 50 mini trail. I bought this bike about a year ago from the original owner. This is an early 1968 K0 first year bike. It has the painted fenders and no lights. The unique left side cover is excellent, as is the whole condition of the engine, which is original to this chassis. Low serials are Z50AE-108308 (engine) and 108505 (frame). This is the best running vintage hard tail Z50 I have ever ridden, and I have owned about 10 of these. This bike is not perfect - the tank has been repainted, but still has a ding in it - however it is the original Japanese Honda Motors mini trail tank, and not a cheap repro from India. The paint on the frame has been touched up and doesn't look as good in person as it does in the images - and could probably use a fresh coat of paint if you wanted to perfectly match the tank and have a fully restored mini trail. The frame itself, however, is in great condition, as are the bars, the peg bar and pegs, and the exhaust is beautiful. Original carb monitors the fuel to this great running engine. No smoke and starts first kick 99% of the time. The cables are new as are the white levers. Comes with the vintage helmet the original owner's kid used to ride with! I will be happy to hold this bike up to 30 days for your shipper to pick up. But maybe you want to come to Missoula which is a really cool town in the summer. Put this baby on your motorhome and drive North 125 miles to Glacier National Park. You will be the envy of the campground. Low reserve and buy it now on this awesome mini trail! Bill of sale only as these were never titled in Montana. Montana did not require titles on minis (or off road bikes) at the time. VIDEO of the Bike Running:
