This car has a lot of new parts, water pump, serpentine belt, timing kit, among other things. The battery is new, but may need a jump. There us body damage, and it will need to be towed due to a flat tire. The car is a great parts car (because I am aware of how much volkswagon parts are), or is a good first car for someone trying to learn stick. It does need new spark plugs and wires, and, obviously a new tire. I will get the correct vin and change it tonight. Sorry for the mix up
