Thanks, Bill Selling my rust free 1978 Chevy one tone 4x4 pickup. 19,000 original miles, was former fire dept. truck until a couple of years ago. I bought it on ebay a little over a year ago from a nice young man in southern Indiana, he was the second owner, truck has been kept in side its entire life, he had it painted and installed the new aluminum flat bed with LED lighting and all new shocks and tires. I installed new carpet and period correct bucket seats ( still have orig. bench seat ). I then installed a GearVendors overdrive unit which made it much more drivable at highway speeds ( over $4,000 installed ). Anyway, I found that I need to have a hip replaced and will not be able to work the clutch so, I need to sell it. Dana 60 front w/disc, 14 bolt rear with drums. Also has new ( real ) dual exhaust with glasspacks ( kinda loud ). Truck is really in outstanding condition inside and out, dash is NOT cracked, glass is like new and not even cloudy near the edges. Would consider trade for 1 ton 4x4 Dodge or Chevy ( with automatic ) of comparable value. Could meet part way or help with delivery. Thanks for looking and let me know if you want more pictures.
