The good: The car is loaded. I would not hesitate to drive it across the country tomorrow. Mechanic owned. Upgraded to 100K timing belt, idlers, and water pump. Last changed at 230,830 miles. Comes with timing belt tools from metal nerd worth $300. Always used synthetic diesel engine oil. The bad: Turbo seal is causing oil leak. Turbo causes car to go into "limp mode" occasionally under hard acceleration. Cycling the ignition resets limp mode. Car goes through about a quart every 5000 miles as is. Minimal blow-by. New turbo with manifolds included. Parts were almost $400 and are included. Got military assignment before I had time to change turbo. Moved 3 vehicles, ran out of time and room so this vehicle was left behind. Needs interior cleaning.These cars are getting hard to find. Will make someone a great commuter car. I've had it for 11 years and hate to let it go. Have been seriously considering this modification at smythkitcars (dot)com. This car would be a perfect donor. Reserve the right to end auction early.
