This is a second-generation Chevy Camaro was produced by Chevrolet beginning in 1970. This Camaro is longer, lower, and wider than the first generation Camaro. It has an awesome and aggressive look that is complimented with the split bumper grille! GM engineers said the second generation is much more of "A Driver's Car" than its predecessor. Dubbed the "Super Hugger", the second-generation Camaro was developed by car people that wanted it to be driven and enjoyed! The 1970 model was introduced to the assembly plants in February 1970, halfway through the model year. This caused some people to refer to it as a "1970½." model; however all were 1970 models.
